Deposit Policy
To schedule a photoshoot, a deposit of 50% is to be made in order to secure your space in our calendar.
The deposit will be applied towards the total session cost.
No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Payment of the deposit indicates acceptance of these terms.
Deposits are non-refundable as this is our way of compensation in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made a week or more before the scheduled photoshoot date will forfeit deposit but may reschedule once at no additional cost.
Cancellations made less than a week in advance will forfeit deposit, and a new deposit will be required for rescheduling.
In the event that an unforseen circumstance happens and the photographer must cancel the photoshoot session, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Weather Policy
If weather conditions are unsuitable, the session may be rescheduled at no extra cost. The photographer will make the final decision on weather-related rescheduling.
No Show Policy
If the client does not show up for the photoshoot session without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited, and the full session fee may still be due.
